Welcome!

As a precursor to the official release of Tesseract, I'm going to introduce you to the cast! Here are the four of the main characters you'll be seeing in the first part. They're really the ones who are telling me the story, the most powerful personalities. I had a lot of fun creating them, so I hope you approve!
This blog will be updated as new characters come along, there are already some pretty strong personalities from Part 2 already formed, plus these characters will be getting updated now and again.

Francesca Rossi

Full Name: Francesca Rossi

Born: Unknown, possibly circa 1970s

Bio: : Little is known about Francesca Rossi as a person. She speaks with an exaggerated Italian accent, and although she owns her own publishing firm, she leaves most of the running to her managers and underlings, while her passport shows she spends large portions of each year abroad in various tropical locations, although she’s rarely been seen with a tan. Everything about Francesca is fake and forced, from her smile to her hair, and even her perfume smells something like plastic.

Interests: Publishing (presumably).

Melanie Page

Full Name: Melanie Christina Page
Born: October 2nd 2008 - Perth, Scotland.
Bio: Melanie’s acquaintances often describe her as spacey or flighty, but beneath the dippy demeanour, Mel harbours a will of iron and, a gutsiness which is surpassed only by her formidable intelligence. Anyone who tries to take advantage of her apparently floozy nature will often come to a sticky end in one way or another, and the same goes for anyone who tries to mess with her friends.
Growing up with both natural intelligence and a filthy rich father, Melanie was devouring the writings of Bertrand Russell, Voltaire and Crispin Wright by the time she was ten years old, and used a combination of guilt and guile to manipulate her father from the time she was three. Melanie's mother moved to Seattle when Mel was three, but the two still have a good relationship despite the distance.
Interests: Anime, Philosophy, Mathematics, Rock.

David Keene

Full Name: Davide Edouardo Keene
Born: February 27th 1986 - Bristol, England
Bio: David has quite a bit of natural intelligence, but it’s well hidden. His dyslexia meant that his intelligence didn’t come to the fore for years, and growing up he was teased horribly because of it, resulting in a crippling shyness, and he never did manage to shake the feeling that he just wasn’t quite good enough. When his wife left him and subsequently died, David was forced to cope with raising a small child on his own, and has pretty much felt out of control of his life since Nathan was born. He bumbles along quite successfully though, but can’t see it under his low self confidence.
David always wanted to be a writer, and wrote a novel with his wife's encouragement before she left him, but only recently got it published, and is secretly enjoying being the toast of the publishing world.

Nathan Keene

Full Name: Nathaniel Keene

Born: August 8th 2009 - London, England

Bio: Nathan’s essentially a quiet soul, and while he’s often perceived as anti social, he actually just enjoys his own company. And he’s kinda grumpy sometimes, but mostly it’s that he likes his own company. Nathan’s naturally a submissive personality, and tends to fall in line behind anyone who seems to know what they’re doing, just interested in keeping his head down and muddling through life, and maybe eventually dealing with those abandonment issues his mother left him when she suddenly dissapeared while Nathaniel was still an infant.

He's usually funny, but can also be sarcastic and sulky. His dad's recent success with his new novel comes more as an irritation for Nathan than anything else; he's used to having his father to himself, and though he'd never admit it, Nate liked having his dad around anytime he needed him.
